Delivery concerns

If the confirmed delivery window is missed or supplied access differs from the agreed scope, contact us with your reference so we can investigate.

Rental requests

Duration, renewal, deposits, access removal and refund terms are confirmed in the rental agreement. Do not make a payment until you have reviewed those terms.
