How to withdraw an enquiry or request cancellation of agreed work.
Enquiries and unconfirmed requests
You may withdraw an enquiry or account request before confirmation by contacting us. Submitting a website form does not itself create a paid commitment.
Confirmed projects
For work already accepted, contact us in writing with your project reference. We will review the status, stop further avoidable work where feasible and explain any completed work or agreed third-party commitments.
Account requests and rental
Request cancellation before account fulfilment whenever possible. Once access is delivered, we will review the agreement and the access already provided. Rental cancellation and renewal arrangements must be stated in the individual agreement before payment.
Payment adjustments
Any payment adjustment follows the written scope and Refund Policy, including review of undelivered work. Advertising charges already incurred on third-party platforms may not be reversible by Adshoot.
Confirmation
We will confirm the cancellation status and any remaining action directly. Please do not assume that a form submission or unanswered message has cancelled an active third-party campaign.
