Digital delivery

Our services are delivered digitally or through agreed project collaboration. This website does not offer physical goods or shipping.

Account delivery window

Sharing and Personal account options state delivery within 24 hours after order confirmation and receipt of the required information. Our team confirms when this window begins. An unreviewed website form submission does not start the delivery window.

Before account fulfilment

We confirm availability, access type, account-specific history and verification details, the recipient and any payment arrangement. Do not send passwords through website forms. Account access should be provided using supported platform permissions.

Dependencies and delays

Missing information, advertiser verification or platform restrictions can affect delivery. If an issue arises, we will communicate the revised position and available options directly, including cancellation or refund review where applicable.

Website and marketing projects

Milestones, review stages, customer dependencies and final handover are defined in the project agreement. Delivery can include approved files, a deployed website, admin access or other agreed outputs.

Acceptance and support

Please review delivered work promptly and report any issue with enough detail for us to investigate. The agreement defines revisions, support and any ongoing maintenance.
